As well as providing guidance and direction for the development and execution of the educational and professional certification programs relating to numerous positions in the hospitality industry from line-level to general manager.

Job Description

 

  • Ability to determine key selling USPs to consult candidates appropriately and effectively.
  • Keeping up to date with regulations, policies and procedures and interpreting how they may impact the candidates and resolving and improving procedures as deemed fit.
  • Working with other departments to carry out a systems and process review with a view to delivering exemplary processes and support to clients.
  • Ensure regular communication with all team members to ensure the administrative service is agreed and reviewed and any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Provides admissions counseling to prospective candidates. Coordinates with admissions office and central enrollment services to facilitate consistent delivery of admissions services.
  • Maintains database for assigned programs. Tracks statistics, gathers data, and writes reports. Assists teams in developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures relating to admissions based on past processes and candidates’ success rates.
  • Design and develop appropriate marketing funnels to generate candidate databases, apply suitable project management processes and flow for effective project deliverables.
  • Well-versed with Sales/CRM software for smooth flow of operations and processes executed in a timely fashion.
  • Engage in continuous personal and professional development in line with the demands of the role, including undertaking relevant training and development activities to develop themselves and support the development of others.
  • Able to analyze problems and use judgment to propose good solutions, often whilst working with other teams in collaboration.
  • Provides office coordination responsibilities. Works with office support staff in coordinating all clerical and candidate help. Oversees day-to-day issues.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of program specific marketing strategies. Attends career fairs to market and recruit for assigned program(s).
  • Plans and coordinates informational marketing activities and workshops as appropriate.
  • Undertake the needed tasks to achieve monthly targets, and contribute in creating sales performance report.
  • Perform excellent customer relations & communications.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Communicate with B2B and B2C clients as needed in order to achieve sales target & grow the business.
  • Initiate any business opportunity that contributes in the growth of the business .
