Job Description

This role is about realising the huge potential we see for our products through B2B and Corporate sales. At agood company, we’re a tight-knit crew that all subscribe to a firm set of beliefs and convictions. And we are very international with remote team members in nine countries and customers in more than 80 countries.

The tasks for A Good Company

Overall this is a sales role, focused on growing our business through B2B channels across several key countries. The reality of a small team means that work will be both tactical and strategic, ranging from price quotations to the development of long term channel strategies.

 

  • B2B Outbound selling

Identify the most relevant customer targets to target with agood company range of sustainable product solutions proactively.

Corporate customers

  • Nurture existing customer base to increase sales through purchase breadth and frequency.
  • Corporate Gifting Resellers - Identify and onboard 3rd party resellers to help expand our business, especially in countries where we do not currently have a sales or marketing presence.
  • CRM - Manage contact database and ensure key team members have visibility of the sales pipeline.
  • Range Development - through customer feedback, input into the product assortment necessary to fulfil market demand.
  • Forecast and Planning - working with Finance and Operations, build product level forecasts based on estimated channel demand, mindful of both leadtime and cash conversion.

Geographic Coverage - Nordics, UK with expansion into Germany.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications / Experience

    • 3-5 years experience in relevant B2B channels, understanding sales cycles/processes and with ability/gravitas to reach key stakeholders
    • A passion for building a brand like agood company
    • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated but with a strong team spirit and a desire to work towards shared goals
    • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Sales driven with a sense of pride through growth and new business ‘wins’
    • Financially astute, and aware that profit is fundamental to sales success
    • Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required
    • Swedish is great
