Our distributed team consists of 34 enthusiastic people located across the globe. As a global leader within our field, we continuously push the envelope for sustainable innovation.

We became B Corp-certified already in our first year and in our second year we launched our own A Good Foundation, to which we donate 4% of all our sales. We use these funds to support communities across the globe to create a positive and real impact through sustainable initiatives. 

Job Description

This role is about making every influencer and its loyal follower fall in love with the design and craftsmanship of every product and A Good Company. 

At A Good Company, we’re a tight-knit crew that all subscribe to a firm set of beliefs and convictions. We laugh a lot, we brainstorm non-stop, we challenge ourselves to do better, we share the same values, and we make sure to practice what we preach. And we are very international with remote team members in nine countries and customers in more than 80 countries. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Source, list, and scout new ambassadors to join A Good Company

  • Outreach negotiation with new ambassadors within the different segment

  • Day to day improvements on outreach funnel of influencers 

  • Collaborate closely with our Social Media team to align promotions

  • Focus on building relationships and collaborations in our key markets with the objective to continue to grow into new markets all over the world

  • Optimize processes and always be open-minded to new ways of working

  • Work with affiliate marketing and different influencer platforms

  • Participate in meetings with agencies and partners

  • Plan, create, and execute campaigns together with our ambassadors

  • PR Activities/gifting related to ambassadors. 

  • Storytelling and conversion focus with influencers 

  • Create and optimize email templates, routines, briefings, and presentations

  • Participate in weekly meetings with your team 

  • Work towards increasing the conversion rate and optimize collaborations against stated KPI’s as well as think of creative ways how to grow and exceed our targets

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated

  • The ability to work independently on projects

  • You are familiar with KPIs:s connected to influencer marketing/digital marketing

  • Open-minded driven and not afraid to take on a challenge 

  • A strong passion for influencer marketing

  • An interest and understanding of sustainability and the environment

  • Great English skill with an eye for spelling and grammar 

  • Studying marketing, design, communication or similar.

Additional Information

  • The position is based in Stockholm

  • You will report to the Head Of Community

  • This is a non-paid internship and you have to be actively studying

  • The internship needs to be 10 weeks or longer

  • Possible employment after the internship
