Job Description

At A Good Company, we’re a tight-knit crew that all subscribe to a firm set of beliefs and convictions. We laugh a lot, we brainstorm non-stop, we challenge ourselves to do better, we share the same values, and we make sure to practise what we preach. And we are very international with remote team members in nine countries and customers in more than 80 countries. 

We are now looking for a Social Media and Content Creator to join our Stockholm office, working closely with the marketing and design team. You will work operative and strategically on our organic Social Media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tiktok. We are looking for someone who loves to create content in visual and written form, loves social media and is not afraid of a challenge.

Main responsibilities:

  • Help out to plan, manage, execute, and follow up on all marketing activations on our organic Social Media channels

  • Create creative social media content and campaigns aligned with campaign drops and other activities in sync with marketing team

  • Competitive analysis as well as world analysis of different Social Media channels - What is trending and what’s not?

  • Strategic and operative work on our Social Media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.

  • Create content to use in our different marketing channels - Both video and stills

  • Together with the graphic design team, create content for our organic channels, as well as oversee the content order and timely delivery 

  • A/B testing on which timings are most suitable for posting which content works the best as well as which channels are most effective

  • Develop our SEO marketing strategy

  • Collaborate closely with our influencer marketing team to align promotions

  • Analyze performance data and take action based on your conclusions.

  • Work towards scaling up our follower-base and create engaging content

Qualifications

  • You are familiar with Social Media KPIs 

  • Open-minded, driven, and not afraid to take on a challenge 

  • Creative and a DO: er 

  • An eye for details and design

  • Prestigeless

  • A strong passion for digital and social platforms.

  • An interest and understanding of sustainability and the environment

  • Top-notch English skill with an eye for spelling and grammar 

  • Interest in photography is a plus

  • Studying marketing, design, communication or similar.

  • The position is based in Stockholm

  • You will report to the Head Of Community

  • This is a non-paid internship and you have to be actively studying

  • The internship needs to be 10 weeks or longer
