This role provides the right individual with a unique opportunity to make their mark on a fast-paced business where commercial and brand collaborations are a key strategic driver for global growth.

You will be responsible for the development and activation of A Good Companys collaboration program to drive profitable revenue growth in line with business objectives.

Kravspecifikation

  • Proven success in identifying and driving new business opportunities 

  • Commercially focused with the ability to manage partnership in order to drive growth and ensure expectations are met

  • Experiences in building relationships with a high level of understanding of how to develop profitable propositions

  • Senior-level understanding of brand growth strategies

  • Excellent reporting skills and the ability to demonstrate a return on investment

  • Well connected with contacts across lifestyle individuals and brands in the fashion and media landscape

  • Good knowledge of the digital landscape and eCommerce

  • Ability to work autonomously to hit pre-agreed sales targets

  • An understanding and passion for sustainable and circular products within fashion would be an advantage

 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaboration Strategy

    • Develop and implement a collaboration strategy designed to drive growth across all Agood´s product categories 

  • Revenue Growth

    • Deliver agreed revenue targets thru recommended collaboration activities

  • Partner Management

    • Manage the relationship with agreed partners, ensuring messages are aligned, briefs are in line with business objectives and performance measure are in place

  • Campaign Management

    • Plan, develop and execute collaboration campaigns across global key markets

  • Collaborations calendar

    • Manage the calendar for activity, in line with key events, product launches and seasonality

  • Measurements and Reporting

    • Set KPI´s for all activities which are aligned with business objectives. Continuously measure activity against KPI´s and develop reporting framework.
