• Execute state of the art deals of Google, Snap and Facebook ads
• Use programmatic and data as a backbone do drive revenue and ROAS
• Be proactive all the time
• Produce and change ads on 4 languages (we help with translations) and several markets  
• Participate in scalable, multidimensional influencer strategy and implement creative influencer marketing programs that align with our vision
• Responsible for casting influencer partners and evaluating content performance
• Act as liaison with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate the exchange of information for 360-degree launch planning and execution
• Set performance and result-building KPIs oversee ongoing optimization and apply a test-and-learn strategy to achieve success and new learnings
• Take an analytical and ROI-driven approach to report back on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs, metrics and approaches to meet business goals

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Robust knowledge of the digital media landscape and how to stand out from the crowd
• Digital literacy skills required; Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.) Familiarity with digital media tools (Yotpo, Swell, Buzzstream, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) is a plus
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects
• Self-motivated; able to own projects and execute in a timely manner
