We are looking for someone who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams and is curious and eager to keep learning.

You will join BIM & Digital Construction, a unit based in French-speaking Switzerland (Lausanne) and part of our Infrastructure activity. The team is made up of 10 people — engineers, architects and draftsman — with strong experience in BIM management and BIM coordination. Three colleagues are already based at the Design Center in Poland and attached to the team.

Representative projects include Lausanne railway station and a scan-to-BIM of 5 km of tunnels for Lausanne University.

The position is on site at the Design Center in Poland or partially remote work, with occasional travel to Switzerland. Collaboration with the Swiss teams is daily.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Create and update BIM models and related documentation in Autodesk Revit across all project phases, with a strong focus on the execution stage.
  • Model structural / civil engineering works, including excavations and temporary/permanent support systems.
  • Produce reinforcement drawings (2D and/or 3D), formwork drawings, general arrangement drawings and coordination drawings, together with the associated schedules and quantity/material lists.
  • Extract quantities and technical documentation from the model.
  • Carry out quality control (QA/QC): model consistency, compliance with modeling standards and conventions.
  • Coordinate models in a multidisciplinary environment with the Swiss teams (exchanges via the CDE, clash detection).
  • Appreciated: contribute to internal templates and standards, and mentor junior modelers.

Qualifications

We expect that you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in BIM modeling
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Proven experience with reinforcement / rebar (2D or 3D)
