We are looking for someone who wants to take on an assignment that is a collaboration between AFRY and our customer located in Ludvika!

Our customer is facing a period of several exciting changes and challenges and now needs the support of a Customer Support Specialist. In the role of customer support specialist you will have full responsibility for your own costumer portfolio working with the order management team. You will be the dedicated main contact for your customer portfolio in the everyday work. 

Your aim is to ensure that our customer delivers world class customer experience, meeting customer requests to the best of your ability and by doing so you will play a key role in our customers success.

Work tasks include:

• Working with a portfolio of global customers, internal and external.
• Responsible from order received, until delivery complete and payment received.
• Collaborate close cross functionally with other departments such as sales, after sales, finance, planning, production, design and SCM.

To be successful in the role, we believe that you have an academic background within fields of business administration, engineering, logistics and/or relevant work experience. Furthermore you are interested in the technical and commercial aspects of doing business.

As a person you are driven, service minded and well organized. You appreciate working together with other people and are driven by seeing results and developing. You are a down-to-earth person with good communication skills and have the ability to see the bigger picture. 

You are fluent in English, both written and verbally. Speaking Swedish is considered highly meritorious.
