AFRY is looking for engineers with experience from transmission development, specifically with knowledge of dual clutch transmission applications.

The role 
As an application development engineer, you are responsible for the development and calibration of the application software that determines the control strategies for the transmission. This includes diagnostics, functional safety, but also clutch control, fork control and other areas. Depending on your background and interest there are positions that will be suitable for you in the project.

The software is implemented in C and in Simulink/Targetlink.

Who are you?
You have a master’s degree in mechatronics, electronics, physics or similar, but most of all you have experience with C-coding and Simulink. You have a strong software background, and an interest in mechatronics. You also know something about how a dual clutch transmission works. If you have experience in automotive testing it is a plus, but we expect you to at least be able to perform unit testing of software. You are analytical and a problem solver.

A great plus if you also speak German!
