We are looking for a dynamic and driven Technology Management Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the development of complex technical goals across a large organization. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of several different technology areas within Automotive E/E development, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on project lifecycle and help guide design decisions that enable efficient and independent development across teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage the development of complex technical goals across a large organization
• Prioritize tasks based on project lifecycle and help guide design decisions that enable efficient and independent development across teams
• Coach team members in cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
• Understand when technical debt needs to be undertaken to meet deadlines and minimize the effects of such debt
• Act as a single point of contact for a given technical area and interface with stakeholders

• Experience with Automotive Embedded Software
• Experience with SAFe/other agile frameworks
• Experience with SystemWeaver or its variants
• Experience in mentoring

Personal Qualifications:

• A passion for bridging gaps that occur as a result of the distributed team development way of working
• Ability to organize self and others
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to decipher technical data and explain it in plain English
