We are looking for

SAP Concur Manager

with a focus on SAP Concur rollouts as part of AFRY’s financial systems team under Group Finance.

About the job

In this position you will work as part of a multinational team located in various countries across the AFRY group. You will manage global rollouts of SAP Concur Expense and be heavily involved in HR process and financial systems development. The position is hybrid remote, located either in Solna, Sweden, or Vantaa, Finland. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing global rollouts of SAP Concur Expense
  • Acting as Global System Administrator of SAP Concur expense management system
  • Developing Global Travel & Expense reporting processes
  • Collecting and analysing local Travel & Expense reporting requirements
  • Producing training materials and training users
  • Working on harmonising processes relating to the financial systems environment
  • Co-ordination of legacy travel expense system (Basware TEM)
  • Acting as manager to Global Concur Admin

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the person we are looking for has

  • A Bachelor’s degree or similar in business or a related field
  • Experience in rollout of SAP Concur Expense to multiple countries
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Service-minded, proactive attitude and ability to connect the dots
  • Confidence with working across multiple teams and locations
  • Culturally aware – be confident to deal with various nationalities, show understanding and leadership in dealing with cultural differences
