We are looking for a Global Process Owner

The Global Process Owner, People has ownership of the process area and the project deliverables with a focus on Time and Travel & Expense reporting process developments and rollouts

About the job

In this position you will work as part of a team located in various countries across the AFRY group. You will be heavily involved in HR process and financial systems development and global rollouts. The position can be located in EU, but most of the other team members are located in Northern Europe.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Global Time and Travel & Expense processes
  • Function as the primary point of contact for specific change management processes  
  • Lead and coordinate the People deliverables in relevant IFS modules
  • Update and document business process / requirements as needed
  • Participating in global rollouts
  • Working in close operation with global and local HR and project teams to collect and analyse local requirements, harmonise processes and prepare for roll-out
  • Specifying and testing new functionalities in IFS
  • Ability to travel is needed to successfully perform your duties
  • Due to the global nature of the project efficient virtual working skills are needed

Qualifications

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, the person we are looking for has

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree or similar in HR, business or a related field
  • Deep understanding of HR systems and processes (Employee Administration, Payroll, Time/expense, Approval and Access)
  • Understanding of Finance/Accounting is an advantage
  • Empowerment as a decision maker, with respect for the organization  
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proactive attitude and ability to connect the dots to transform business requirements into a system solution
  • The ability to work both in a managerial and in detailed hands-on system capacity
  • Confidence with working across multiple teams and locations
  • Cultural awareness – is confident to deal with various nationalities,
    show understanding and leadership in dealing with cultural differences
