Job Description

To AFRY Production Center in Orminge/Stockholm we are now looking to enforce our capacity to manage strategic purchasing and economy related tasks. Production Center develops and produces high quality low volume products to our customer base, taking an end-to-end responsibility. This includes designing the products, industrialize, test and certify including volume production. Purchasing components and materials for the production in a timely matter is a vital part of the complete product management along with invoicing management, to secure a solid supply of products. Automating data flows to keep up efficiency and making data easy to access and understand from an storage/invoicing/need perspective is also part of our every day strive to become more efficient within Production Center. In the purchase & economy assistant role the main tasks are to:

  • Support the strategic purchasing with component/material buy which includes supplier contact and dialogue
  • Invoicing management and follow up
  • Monthly economical data compilation to present economical business summary
  • Data macro generation and data compilation into easy accessible formats
  • Excel VBA development for data management

Qualifications

We think that you have the following skill set

  • Experience from working in with client/supplier contacts, successful through establishing good relations
  • Structured with a sight for details in reviewing data e.g. invoices and timely follow up
  • An interest in making data available and understandable by compiling data into various formats
  • Skilled in SQL data macro generation to extract and compile data
  • Skilled Excel VBA developer for data management both in file and format
  • Outgoing and social personality, skilled in people to people communications
  • Skilled in analytic and structural way of working
