AFRY Process Industries Division Sweden is now looking for a Technology Manager and experts responsible for developing our services, within the field of Carbon Capture Storage / Usage (CCS/CCU) and to enforce our global team serving a variety of different industries focusing in the technology and its applications. 

AFRY’s Process Industries Division serves the Chemicals & Biorefining, Pulp & Paper and Mining & Metals sectors. Our clients are increasingly focusing on developing new sustainable solutions. Many of our clients have CCS/CCU on their agenda and we are working with them in numerous studies and projects.

As part of AFRY’s growth strategy, we are strengthening our competence and adding our service volume in CCS and CCU. To meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, we want you to join our team in the expansion of our service portfolio and volume within the field. 

In this role, your task will be to lead the development of our service offering in Process Industries Sweden and to be part of AFRY’s team within this  field, consisting of representatives and experts from all divisions of the AFRY group. As a team player, you would actively contribute to AFRY’s strategic development.

The position is located in Sweden. We have local offices all over Sweden so it is possible to match your choice of location.

The persons we are looking for have:

• Background in chemical or energy sectors, either in research, industry or engineering.
• Leading expertise within carbon capture systems and technology.
• M.Sc., B.Sc. education or higher.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English language, and preferably also in Swedish.
• Ability to develop new solutions and approaches in a client-oriented manner.
