Our Asset Management Advisory team is a small section within the wider Asset Management organization in AFRY. We work with infrastructure clients to help them realise value from their assets. Working at all levels of client organizations across multiple sectors and industries; we act as a critical friend providing strategic thinking, practical, resilient and assured solutions.

Job Description

This role involves performing typical consultancy assignments in the Asset Management (ISO 55001) domain that look to improve the operational performance and resilience of our clients. It’s also about helping organisations define and implement the essentials of good Asset Management, so change management is a key part of our work. By combining traditional consultancy skills with data driven solutions we increase our clients understanding of their asset base, helping them to work smarter and realise tangible benefits. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Asset Management business opportunities
  • Inspire project management standards across the team
  • Nurture client relationships and lead and manage key accounts to identify business opportunities in new and existing markets
  • Create project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines
  • Working collaboratively (internally and externally)
  • Grow our asset management capability within wider AFRY

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Industry experience in infrastructure and/or other asset intensive industries
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in either consulting or asset-intensive organizations
  • 5 years’ experience or more in project management (or equivalent)
  •  Ability to work autonomously with clients and as a valuable member of a project team
  • Understanding of methodologies including - Lean, Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Strong experience implementing change management within organisations
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in standards such as ISO 55001 and/or 9001, APM or Prince2 qualifications

The business language is English so you should be able to express yourself freely in speech and writing.

We attach great importance to your personal qualities and potential. Our base as a team is primarily Solna, Stockholm, but we are open to discussing your work location through interview stages. Commuting to our customers and business trips should be considered as a natural part of work, mainly within the Nordic region. Assignments abroad may also be relevant.
