AFRY, Group IT, are looking for a dedicated Head of Regional IT Nordics.  You will proactively work with, and be overall responsible for, the quality of the IT deliveries within the Nordic region- the countries Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Russia.  You will have a Nordic team reporting to you- supporting you to improve and develop our IT Service delivery and align our objectives to AFRY business strategy. The position reports to the Director of Global IT Operations.

Your main assignments will be:

• Overall responsible for the quality of the IT deliveries within the Nordic region, currently consisting of Denmark, Finland, Norway, Russia, and Sweden.
• Proactively work with business stakeholders on a business area/divisional level
• Responsible for a structured business relationship process within the region
• Alignment of IT Service delivery and Business Strategy
• Ensure business voice being channeled with Global IT service development.
• Ensure relevant local planning for global IT rollouts and projects.
• Delivery Management of various IT projects.
• Financial IT tasks and controlling. Ownership of Regional IT budget.
• Proactively improving both global and local IT service delivery
• Ensure the compliance with Global IT policies, procedures, and strategies.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Multiple years of hands on experience in field of IT Service Management and IT Outsourcing
• Excellent IT know-how to be able to operate the complex environment
• Extensive ITIL knowledge
• Business oriented and service minded
• A proactive and analytical mindset
• Highly developed social competencies, independent way of working, responsible and proactive personality
• Interest to work in a high diversity environment and culturally aware- be confident to deal with various nationalities, show understanding and leadership in dealing with cultural differences
• The role requires a native level in one of the Nordic languages and good ability to express yourself, both speech and writing, in English.
• Strong leadership skills and experience from working in a global context and to lead people in other countries.
