AFL International Consulting Staff and Services Inc, is seeking 5 Business Analysts – Enterprise Change Management. to deliver detailed business analysis and written appraisals with experience and expertise in management of the processes for technical changes and subsequent releases to enterprise applications, systems, or platforms.

TOP SKILLS ("Must Haves")

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Enterprise Change Management
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Enterprise Release Management
• Process Management
• Veterans only will be considered.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

• Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
• ITIL v3 framework for IT Service Management (ITSM) with a Foundation certification level at a minimum
• Enterprise documentation creation
• ITSM applications (i.e. Remedy, ServiceNow, Ivanti Service Manager, etc.)"
