Senior Resident Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Resident Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in road, railway, and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with the client, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction activities for road, railway, and infrastructure projects.

  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

  • Coordinate with the client, contractor, and consultants to resolve technical and site-related issues.

  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.

  • Review contractor submissions, method statements, and technical documentation.

  • Lead site inspections and ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.

  • Prepare and review progress reports and provide technical recommendations.

  • Manage and coordinate site supervision teams.

  • Identify potential project risks and support timely resolution of issues.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and relevant engineering standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

  • Strong experience in road and railway projects.

  • Previous experience working with engineering consultancy firms is required.

  • Strong experience in site supervision and construction management.

  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required.

  • Saudi/GCC project experience is preferred.

Additional Information

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
