Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect - ID (Construction Supervision) to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee architectural design implementation and construction supervision, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and serve as a key liaison between design, construction, and stakeholder teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to approved architectural designs and technical specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and UAE construction standards
- Prepare and review detailed construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and Building Information Models (BIM)
- Manage and resolve design-related issues and change orders in collaboration with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Lead and mentor construction supervision teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring effective communication across all project stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery
- Analyze construction methodologies and recommend improvements to optimize workflow and minimize risks
- Maintain comprehensive project records, including daily reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all permits and approvals are obtained and maintained
- Identify potential construction challenges and develop proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 15 years' demonstrable experience in all aspects of supervision and project administration of architectural works related to large-scale projects within the Middle East in the consulting industry.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial, residential,

- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering / Interior Design Architecture or equivalent.
- Membership of a recognized institution (i.e. PE/Peng, CEng Etc.) would be preferred. LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus
