Job Description
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects with varying complexity and scope, leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, managing technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and supervise all operations and activities included in assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations
- Develop comprehensive project strategies, prepare detailed proposals, and execute projects from inception to completion with precision and innovation
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including remote team members and external partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring transparent, empathetic communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, demonstrating strong financial acumen and analytical skills to achieve performance targets
- Analyze risks proactively, implement mitigation strategies, and make decisive adjustments to keep projects on track and resilient against challenges
- Monitor project progress against established metrics and key performance indicators, identifying potential issues early and taking corrective action
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to fulfill project requirements, resolve conflicts professionally, and maintain inclusive collaboration
- Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations that clearly demonstrate progress, achievements, and lessons learned
- Continuously seek innovative solutions and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and organizational success
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years post-undergraduate experience.
- Bachelors degree in built environment subject.
- International Accreditation (MIStructeE/MICE /RIBA /AIA/PMP or equivalent preferred).
