Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you'll take ownership of moderately sized projects with varying complexity and financial impact, leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, managing all technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and supervise all operations and activities included in assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations
  • Manage and lead technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes, tools, and best practices to drive project success
  • Develop comprehensive project strategies, prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and execute projects from inception to completion
  • Lead and mentor small to medium-sized teams across business lines, including remote team members and subcontractor management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, analyzing risks and implementing mitigation strategies to achieve quality outcomes and financial performance targets
  • Monitor project progress against established metrics, identify potential issues early, and make decisive adjustments to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to fulfill project requirements and resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations that demonstrate progress, achievements, and lessons learned
  • Continuously seek innovative solutions and process improvements to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably managing moderately complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), or equivalent project management certification
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage project budgets and deliver within financial constraints
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to project execution
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
