Job Description
- HVAC load calculations using Carrier HAP (Must Have).
- HVAC system design including: Airside systems Chilled water systems Ventilation systems Smoke control and pressurization systems
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and international codes.
- Knowledge of Navis Works, Revizto
- Exposure of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Preparation and review of calculations, specifications, reports, and construction drawings.
- Experience in Data Center and/or Healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of IES-VE for energy modeling and building performance analysis.
- Exposure to LEED, Green Mark, WELL, or similar sustainability frameworks.
- Experience with BIM coordination and Navisworks.
- HVAC design experience in a Consulting/GDC environment (at least 4-5 years for overseas projects experience).
- Perform HVAC load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
- Design HVAC systems for healthcare, commercial, and mission-critical facilities.
- Develop design calculations, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines.
- Lead HVAC design packages and support project delivery.
- Review and guide junior engineers and BIM modelers.
- Ensure design quality, code compliance, and on-time project delivery.
- Strong design experience from Concept to Detailed Design stages.
- Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centers.
- Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities.
- Mission Critical Facilities.
- Commercial and Mixed-Use Developments.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and lead design teams.
- Experience working with global and multidisciplinary project teams.
