- Adapt delivery approach and style based on audience, region, and program objectives
Program Delivery & Partnership
- Partner with global colleagues to implement key leadership programs (e.g., manager development, leadership acceleration programs)
- Support end-to-end program delivery, including coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution
Assessment & Coaching
- Facilitate and debrief leadership assessments (e.g., DiSC, 360/180 tools)
- Provide foundational coaching to support participant development (with opportunity for growth in this area)
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the design, refinement, and localization of learning content
- Identify and apply innovative approaches to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3+ years of experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs (virtual and in-person)
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interactive, discussion-based learning experiences (not presentation delivery)
- Experience designing or improving learning content
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
- Experience with interactive tools (e.g., MS Teams setting up breakout rooms, polling tools)
- Ability and eagerness to manage engagement virtually
- Fluent in English and Spanish (professional-level fluency required; must facilitate confidently and clearly in English)
- Some travel required <10%
- Must be eligible to obtain US visa for possible travel
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with leadership assessments (e.g., DiSC, 360 tools)
- Coaching experience (or strong interest and aptitude to develop in this area)
- Experience facilitating across global or multicultural audiences
- 2+ years of program coordination or program management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will thrive in this role if you:

- Can read a room (virtual or in-person) and adjust in real time
- Bring strong executive presence and credibility with leaders
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving program needs
- Are both a practitioner and a builder (delivery + improvement mindset)
