- Communicate with clients to discuss scope, gather information, and address comments on draft deliverables; leverage technical credibility to expand assignments.
- Assist with technical proposals and contribute to business development activities.
- Provide structured mentoring and technical training to intermediate and senior engineers, building team capability.
- Share expertise through internal presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions; contribute as an in-house expert on LV technologies.
- Actively participate in professional organizations as a committee leader, speaker, or event organizer.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in LV electrical engineering design, with a proven track record of leading discipline deliverables on complex projects.

- Proficiency in LV electrical design and analysis tools (e.g., ETAP, Simaris, DiaLUX, or equivalent).
- Strong command of applicable codes and standards: IEC 60364, NEC (NFPA 70), IEC 62305, local grid connection requirements, and relevant energy codes.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs within schedule and budget.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to influence clients, peers, and suppliers effectively.
Preferred:
