In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse complex business processes across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and help shape products and systems.

This is a mid-level role, so you’ll be expected to work independently on most tasks while collaborating closely with senior team members on more complex initiatives.

You’ll lead the creation of system documentation, support user testing, champion best-practice digital processes, and help implement new technologies.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive requirement gathering for digital products, maintaining alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
  • Support solution design by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
  • Help ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and provide real value
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and optimal user experience.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending potential applications to enhance business operations.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or technology-focused projects
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience writing user stories, requirements, and process flows
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in facilitating discussions and asking the right questions
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to change
