AECOM台灣建築與人居環境部(Building + Places)涵蓋多元領域，包含經濟策劃、城市人本空間改造、建築與景觀設計，致力於推動整體城市的宜居品質與永續發展。本職位隸屬於部門下的 景觀建築團隊 (Landscape Architecture)。

我們的專業團隊在設計、總體規劃、環境與生態規劃、策略規劃及經濟發展等領域擁有豐富經驗，致力於提供切實可行的解決方案，推動土地資源的永續發展，並提升社區及居民的生活品質。

工作內容: 

• 主導設計工作並管理多元化的實務領域及專案類型，包括跨專業整合專案，處理複雜的都市、生態及社會議題，以及具創新性的基地特定景觀設計專案。
• 主導設計發展，主導景觀設計概念的發展與創作，並於各專案階段提供高品質成果，包括概念設計、方案設計、細部設計、招標文件及施工圖說等。
• 編製詳細設計圖說、平面圖、剖面圖及技術規範，確保設計成果符合 AECOM 的品質標準及客戶需求。
• 專案管理，協助管理專案交付成果，確保各項工作符合專案範疇、時程及品質要求。
• 與內部團隊、工程師及環境專家密切合作，確保專案成果具備整合性與一致性。
• 參與客戶簡報、設計審查，傳達設計理念及專案進度。
• 提供施工階段的專業支援，審查施工送審文件，以及依需求進行現場勘查與訪視。

• 具備相關科系大學學歷或以上 (都市設計，都市規劃，建築設計相關學位)
• 10 年相關工作經驗；具都市設計，都市規劃，建築專業背景者為佳。具備較豐富相關工作經驗的候選人，可獲考慮擔任較高級職位
• 需為中文母語者或具流利中文能力；良好英文能力者更佳
• 熟悉使用製圖與簡報軟體（如 SketchUp、Photoshop、Illustrator、AutoCAD、PowerPoint）
• 具備制定空間規劃的能力，並擁有涵蓋總體規劃與可行性評估的專案經驗
• 能獨立評估、選擇及應用標準景觀建築技術、程序及規範，並能依據專案需求靈活調整與修正設計方案。
• 具備高度細心及注重細節的工作態度。
• 具備卓越的組織、規劃及統籌能力。
