Job Description
Our Civil Design team delivers a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects across defence, energy, water, aviation, and transport. We focus on embedding digital capability into our delivery, providing opportunities to grow your expertise across a range of modern design and information management platforms. Because we operate in a highly collaborative, connected environment, you will contribute not only to local and state-based projects, but also support multi-office delivery across Australia, working with teams that bring deep technical expertise and varied sector experience.

How you’ll make a difference
- Independently perform advanced technical delivery of civil design solutions, leveraging tools such as 12d, 12d Synergy, AutoCAD, Civil3D and ProjectWise, while ensuring compliance with project requirements and digital delivery standards.
- Develop and document design packages covering earthworks, roadworks, civil site design, and drainage, ensuring alignment with relevant standards, guidelines, and client specifications.
- Manage and contribute to all or parts of projects, ensuring quality design outcomes and timely delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior designers/modellers, while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, designers, project managers and architects) to ensure effective collaboration and integrated project delivery.

- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, codes and guidelines applicable to civil design.
- Proven experience in delivering civil design solutions across multiple disciplines and project types, ideally in a consulting and/or complex delivery environment.
- Strong proficiency in 12d, 12d Synergy, AutoCAD, Civil3D and ProjectWise, along with a strong team-oriented working style.
- A strong commitment to high-quality technical outcomes, supported by clear communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
