- Review and assess contractors' programs, planning submissions, and method statements against RTA contractual milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and phasing requirements with transparency and analytical rigor
- Prepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, and weekly/monthly progress reports in coordination with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and organized documentation
- Prepare and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims, substantiating delays with comprehensive planning narratives and supporting evidence to support informed decision-making
- Develop recovery and mitigation plans to address delayed activities, track procurement and long-lead items, and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure schedule compliance and project resilience
- Conduct weekly and monthly planning meetings with stakeholders, coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commercial teams, and provide strategic planning inputs to support Project Manager decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to identify innovative solutions for scheduling challenges and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications

- Minimum of 7-12 years of professional experience in planning engineering, with demonstrated expertise in project schedule management and development
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent project planning software
- Strong knowledge of RTA specifications, compliance requirements, and construction project standards
- Proven experience with schedule risk analysis, time impact analysis, and recovery planning methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
