Job Description
- 12+ Years (Exposure to outside India projects preferably UK, USA, Canada, MER & ANZ region )
- Having hands on experience for Hydraulic & Hydrogical Design of Storm Water Drainage system for Highway Drainage, Track Drainage, Site Drainage, Sub-stations, Urban Drainage. Capable of gully spacing calculation, SuDS design, attenuation basins, flow control devices, pumping stations, flood risk assessment, etc.
- Capable of designing the pumping stations, general arrangement, road/bridge crossing structures, typical valve chambers etc. Having experience with any Hydraulic & Hydrological modeling tools like InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, PCSWMM, TuFlow, Causeway Flow, Sewer GEMS/Infoworks ICM, HEC-RAS, Open Road Designer would be advantage.
- Shall have strong experience working on DMRB standards, CIRIA C753 SuDS Manual, Sewers for Adoption, DCG, EA/SEPA guidance. Provide technical support to designers for relocation/shifting of assets, asset tagging, connection drawings, standard drawings etc.
- Clash Analysis experience using Navisworks. Experience in working in Common Data Environment (ProjectWise, BIM 360, ACC)
- Capable for leading the project, coordinating with Lead Office, mentoring juniors and ensuring quality checks
Qualifications
- Master’s in Civil / Water Resources / Environment / PHE
- Preferable to have or working towards Professional Qualification such as C.Eng. (ICE) or C.Eng. (IET) or C.CIWEM. Good communication skills, and ability to work well independently at times.
- Able to see the “bigger picture” and take a birds-eye view of projects
- Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Accountability for assigned work. Accuracy & precision of work.
