Job Description

AECOM requires an experienced design coordinator, with experience on complex transportation projects (airports projects highly desirable), to join our Lima based project team. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of design package deliverables
  • Ensuring interdisciplinary coordination
  • Communication of scope and management instructions
  • Monitoring budget and schedule compliance (in coordination with project controls)
  • Interaction with client and relevant third parties
  • The coordinator will have responsibility for specific packages and will be a key part of the management team of relevant projects.
  • Ability to interface with all levels.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally and tactfully.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work in a team environment and under supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional in civil Engineering or Architecture +6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience.
  • 3 years of experience working on design of transportation projects.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Experience in airport design projects.
  • Knowledge of document management systems such as BIM 360
  • Construction site experience.

 Preferred Requirements:

  • Professional in civil Engineering or Architecture +10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience.
