Job Description
How you’ll make a difference
We are seeking a Senior BIM Specialist (Revit / Drafter) to support our Bridges & Civil Structures Digital Engineering team.
- This role will lead the development and delivery of high-quality Revit models and documentation for major infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on bridge and structural design.
- The successful candidate will be capable of working independently, managing their workload and delivering to project timeframes, while also providing technical leadership and guidance to both local and offshore delivery teams.
- They will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams, supporting the coordination, integration, and federation of models to ensure consistent and coordinated project outcomes.
- They will also play a key role in maintaining modelling standards, improving workflows, and ensuring consistency across project deliverables.
Qualifications
The qualities that help you thrive
- 10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure developments
- Strong Revit capability (structures focus) with supporting AutoCAD drafting experience
- Demonstrated experience in bridges and/or civil structures projects
- Ability to work independently and lead / mentor local and offshore teams
- Proven ability to manage workload and deliver to project timeframes
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including model integration and federation
- Experience working within TfNSW standards (highly regarded)
- Exposure to ports and/or defence projects (desirable)
- Strong understanding of project setup, model governance, and DE workflows
