Job Description
AECOM is looking for a self-motivated and talented Architecture Designer to join our growing Atlanta team. If you have excellent communication skills, creativity, and the enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment, then this is the opportunity for you!

The responsibilities of the Architecture Designer will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the preparation of construction documents from concept through construction.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
- Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and two (2) years of architecture experience covering aspects of building design including: survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Master's degree is a plus
- 3 or more years of experience
- Experience working in large and complex projects/programs
- Experience with government agencies/projects
- Experience working on all phases of Architectural projects
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, highly motivated and detail oriented
- Ability to produce high-quality graphic designs, renderings and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
- Proficiency in Revit and have familiarity with AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants
- Have a general understanding of code compliance, American with Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act and constructability.
- Ability to obtain an Architecture License within 2 years
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work closely with and collaborate with multidiscipline design team
