Job Description
This role sits at the centre of our Business Line operations, providing critical support across reporting, governance, and strategic planning. Working closely with the RBLL, Growth Director, and Sector leadership, you will manage global and local reporting requirements, coordinate key governance forums (QBRs, MBRs), and track progress against growth and operational objectives. You will also play an important role in shaping Business Line communications, coordinating town halls, and partnering with the BL Executive Assistant to ensure consistent and high-quality execution across the team.
How you’ll make a difference
- Prepare accurate and timely global and local business line reports, compile and analyse performance data, and maintain a centralised repository for documents, registers, and reporting tools (e.g., App Matrix, SOFT Reports, Salesforce, Workbench).
- Manage inputs and logistics for QBRs, MBRs, and governance meetings; drive and attend key business line meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actions and decisions.
- In conjunction with the SPM, support client, market, and pursuit reporting; track progress against growth, market, and operational objectives; and assist in the delivery of strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Work closely with the RBLL, Growth Director, and Sector leadership to deliver high-quality reporting and strategic initiatives; collaborate with ANZ Strategy & Growth, Finance, P&C, and other enabling functions to streamline data flows.
- Draft and edit business line communications including LinkedIn content, plan and execute Business Line town halls, and provide day-to-day administrative support in partnership with the BL Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant.

- Proven experience in a business support, operations, or executive coordination role, preferably within professional services or consulting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel), Salesforce, and Workbench, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations for senior and executive audiences.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex meeting cycles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Approachable and collaborative, with the confidence to engage executive-level stakeholders and work with a high degree of autonomy.
