Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and organized Stakeholder Manager to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining professional relationships and driving organizational objectives.

  • Identify, map, and analyze stakeholder groups to understand their interests, concerns, and influence levels on organizational initiatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to different audience segments and communication preferences
  • Facilitate regular communication and meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Coordinate stakeholder input during project planning, implementation, and evaluation phases to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Prepare detailed stakeholder reports, documentation, and communication materials that clearly convey project status, outcomes, and recommendations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by establishing clear timelines, deliverables, and communication protocols
  • Identify and mitigate potential stakeholder conflicts or resistance through proactive negotiation and conflict resolution techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder perspectives are integrated into decision-making processes
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and engagement metrics, analyzing data to continuously improve engagement strategies
  • Support change management initiatives by preparing stakeholders for organizational transitions and ensuring buy-in across all levels

Qualifications

  • 8 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, project management, business development, or related roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and communication strategies
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage competing interests professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
  • Proficiency with project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to analyze complex organizational dynamics and develop strategic engagement approaches
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to track stakeholder engagement metrics and outcomes
  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organizational transitions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt communication style to diverse audiences
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of business practices relevant to the Saudi Arabian market
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stakeholder records and documentation
