As one of the largest recruiters in our sector, our high-volume recruitment is managed by our in-house EC recruitment team, recruiting young professionals across engineering, environment, project management, surveying, architecture & design, and much more.

As part of a team of 5, our EC Recruitment Partners are responsible for the end-to-end process for specific AECOM sectors, including identifying requirements, supporting with advertising roles, attending & coordinating events, applicant management & assessment, and the processing of offers. The successful candidate will report into the Early Careers Lead for Europe & India, with a UK & Ireland focus while linking in with our recruitment partners in Europe.

Job Duties

·        Partnering with the business to deliver their EC recruitment needs on time and with relevant high-quality students

·        Providing recruitment advice to the business including targeted advertising, the recruitment process, the visa process, and the apprentice levy process

·        Supporting the delivery of our marketing & attraction campaign, including marketing collateral, advertising jobs, and coordinating & attending events

·        Analysing the success of our marketing strategies, and researching new initiatives for niche and hard to fill roles

·        Developing ideas and initiatives to continuously improve the diversity of our EC intakes

·        Candidate management, ensuring all applicants are processed swiftly and communicated with clearly at all stages

·        Coordinating assessment centres where required

·        Strong focus on process improvement across all areas of our marketing & assessment, to ensure we are consistently delivering excellence and added value to the business, and differentiating AECOM to our competitors

   

Qualification

A relevant internationally recognized degree, relevant experience or specific industry qualification in Marketing, HR or TA is preferred.

 

Experience and Skills Required.

·        5+ years of experience in early careers recruitment

·        Experience of successfully managing high volume recruitment, preferably within early careers, in any sector

·        Experience of designing & implementing first class marketing & attraction campaigns for early careers recruitment would be an advantage

·        Experience of coordinating & delivering assessment days

·        Ability to influence key stakeholders in the business to ensure all processes are followed, and that all applicants go through the same fair and consistent assessment process

·        Experience of high volume candidate management and preferably experience of using the ATS Brassring

·        Evidence of delivering process improvements, how this helped the recruitment process, and how it added additional value to the business

·        Excellent attention to detail, and ability to record and present data accurately and professionally

·        Excellent Excel and Word skills

·        Ability to work as part of a team and individually, and a drive to deliver excellence and to continuously improve

·        Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively
