Job Description

Project Brief:

  • The project site is located near Shatin Pass Road & Lung Cheung Road, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon

  • The project includes Superstructure and ELS works, and the works will be commenced at early July 2026 and expected to be substantially completed at the end of Dec 2028.

  • Tentative Contract period of employment: 24 months

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the work quality and work progress on site.

  • Check the site safety measures in compliance with the requirements of supervision plans.

  • Carry out specific tasks as per requirements and checklist devised from RSE/RGE.

  • Supervise the junior TCPs comprising Assistant Resident Engineers (T3) to check the essential items for specified tasks, including but not limited superstructure works, site formation works, foundation works, and ELS works construction.

  • Coordinate and compile reports on supervision activities including reports on non-conformities, to deal with non-conformities, and to report to RE/RSE/RGE.

  • Check the works in compliance with the approved plans, the approved temporary works, method statements, precautionary and protective measures

  •  Review the Contractor’s submissions.

  • Monitor the work of the Registered Contractor’s TCPs.

  • Attend the site meetings and project meetings, and

  • Assist and coordinate with the design office for all site works/matters.

  • Factory (Mainland) inspection is required as according to Code of Practice for Site Supervision Plan 2009 & APP-143.

Qualifications

  • A higher certificate or high diploma holder with minimum total relevant experience of 5 years, or degree holder with minimum total relevant experience of 2 years.

  • Be adaptable and able to work independently.

  • Ability to coordinate with other parties in the construction site environment.

  • Experience and awareness in contractual issues in construction, and

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
