Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a multi‑level engineering team within our Enterprise Capabilities organization in the Philippines. This role is ideal for a strong technical manager who thrives in a collaborative, high‑performance environment and is passionate about delivering excellence, developing people, and supporting sustainable, future‑ready infrastructure solutions.
The successful candidate will contribute to project delivery, people leadership, technical oversight, and business development—while working within a global framework that emphasizes technical excellence, continuous learning, sustainability, and flexible working.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead, mentor, and coach junior to senior engineers to build strong technical and delivery capabilities.
Support an inclusive, ethical, safety‑first culture aligned with global values.
Foster continuous learning by connecting staff to global technical communities and knowledge resources.
Engineering & Project Delivery
Act as Design/Discipline Lead on small‑to‑mid-scale projects and support larger, multi‑disciplinary programs.
Ensure high technical quality through design reviews, inter‑disciplinary coordination, and adherence to QA/QC standards.
Implement digital delivery practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Integrate sustainability and resilience principles into engineering solutions.
Business Development Support
Contribute to proposals, scopes, cost estimates, and technical methodologies.
Engage with clients to present solutions, build trust, and identify new opportunities.
Highlight value-add opportunities during project execution.
Technical Capability Building
Keep teams current with best practices, standards, and emerging technologies.
Support lessons learned initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications
10–15+ years engineering experience in a multinational design/engineering environment.
Registered Engineer (PRC) – Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience leading engineering workstreams or mid-sized project teams.
Strong communication, coordination, and technical leadership skills.
Familiarity with international standards, digital delivery workflows, and quality management processes.
