Job Description
Position Overview
We are hiring for the position of Specialist - BIM Integration shall for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India.The Specialist – BIM Integration shall be responsible for implementation, coordination, and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across airport infrastructure projects undertaken by Airports Authority of India (AAI). The role ensures effective use of BIM for planning, design coordination, construction monitoring, and asset handover in compliance with AAI standards, project requirements, and applicable statutory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead BIM integration across multidisciplinary airport projects including terminal buildings, airside, landside, and support facilities.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with AAI project requirements and tender provisions.
• Coordinate BIM models from Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Systems disciplines to ensure clash-free, integrated models.
• Ensure compliance with AAI Engineering Manuals, CPWD specifications, National Building Code (NBC), and relevant ISO BIM standards.
• Support design review, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, and 4D/5D BIM applications for project monitoring.
• Facilitate coordination between consultants, contractors, and AAI stakeholders through BIM-based workflows.
• Establish data standards, naming conventions, and model exchange protocols for AAI projects.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, LOD compliance, and data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support integration of BIM outputs with project controls, scheduling, and asset management systems.
• Oversee BIM data handover for as-built models, O&M manuals, and asset information requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in BIM implementation and coordination on large infrastructure or building projects.
- Proven experience in BIM deployment for airports, large public infrastructure, or complex building projects.
- Strong proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BIM 360 / ACC, or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with AAI project delivery processes, CPWD specifications, and public sect
- Certification in BIM / Digital Engineering shall be desirable.

• Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to establish and enforce BIM standards within consultant and contractor teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital project management, 4D/5D BIM, and asset information modeling.
• High level of documentation, compliance, and reporting discipline
