We are seeking a visionary and decisive Project Development Director to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal performance and profitability
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify new project development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices in project management
• Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 15+ years of experience in project development or related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex projects
• Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, and financial analysis
• Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship building
• In-depth knowledge of project development lifecycle and industry best practices
• Solid understanding of local and international business practices
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business environment and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings
