Job Description
AECOM is seeking IT Interface Managers - Airport Project to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Responsibilities:
Oversees the integration of IT requirements within the capital program, ensuring alignment with system, technology, and data needs.
Collaborates with the IT PMO to manage system and technology integration and interfaces.
Works closely with the IT PMO throughout the design, construction, handover, and closeout phases to ensure seamless implementation.
Provides coordinated reporting on IT requirements and works collaboratively to address technical challenges and issues.
Offers subject matter expertise and guidance on technology selection, procurement, and implementation.
Manages and coordinates responses to queries, RFIs, and change proposals related to IT matters submitted by contractors.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:
- University Degree + 8 years of relevant experience in the planning, design, and management of complex technology projects, including experience in Enterprise Architecture within large-scale organizations.
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
Preferred Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the planning, design, and management of complex technology projects, utilizing diverse technologies, multiple technology generations, and integration platforms.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture within large-scale organizations with diverse business portfolios and a broad range of technology platforms.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project-level documentation, including authoring Solution Assessment Proposals, Statements of Work, and Solution Design collaterals.
Strong technical expertise across multiple Application Architecture components, including SOA, Web Services, ESB, REST, JSON, UML, XML, Java, J2EE, OPC UA, HTTP, IIoT, MQTT, AMQP, and PLC.
Extensive experience with Operational Technology (OT) and industrial systems, particularly within major construction projects (strong asset).
Previous experience and knowledge of the aviation industry (strong asset).
Experience in security architecture, design, and planning across various technology stacks.
Additional Information
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
