Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technician - Digital Delivery to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital delivery processes, ensuring efficient and accurate project execution through the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings for architectural and engineering projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coordination and integration of design elements
- Create detailed 3D visualizations and renderings to support project presentations and client communications
- Implement and maintain digital delivery standards and best practices across projects
- Assist in the preparation and quality control of construction documentation and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
- Stay updated on the latest digital delivery technologies, BIM/CAD software, and industry trends
- Support the implementation and optimization of digital workflows to improve project efficiency
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on digital delivery tools and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in BIM/CAD in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD
- Expertise in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
- Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction documentation and standards
- Familiarity with digital delivery processes and tools
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of data management and version control systems
- Understanding of architectural and engineering principles
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and practices
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and workflows
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
