Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming the client experience and shaping the future of client engagement?

We’re looking for a Senior Client Experience Partner who thrives on creative thinking and is ready to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll partner with the Head of Client Experience to champion a client-centric culture, supporting teams to consistently deliver outstanding client experiences that align with our strategic goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and execute strategies to elevate the client experience at every stage of the client journey.
  • Create engaging learning experiences that build client service capability and mindset.
  • Collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders to exchange ideas, share resources and improve project outcomes.
  • Drive change through insights by analysing client feedback and communicating outcomes and actions clearly.
  • Track success through effective reporting that showcases the impact of client satisfaction and learning initiatives with clear KPIs that inform future strategies.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven track record in client experience or similar client service focused roles, ideally in professional services.
  • Exceptional communication skills that inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
  • A talent for project management and a strategic mindset that drives flawless execution.
  • Experience or a passion for change management and/or learning and development is a plus.
  • An agile and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
