As part of our Customer Services team, you will lead the onboarding project of Managed Detection & Response services from the Presales phase through to the RUN phase.

🤓 Your mission

• From the Presales phase through to closure, you will manage the projects assigned to you from every angle: design, deliverables, staffing, deployment, legal, financial, etc.
• You will oversee the design and implementation of one or more projects.
• You will be responsible for reporting on the project portfolio entrusted to you.
• You will be responsible for communicating with customers, internal teams and partners.
• You will provide feedback for the proper development of our SOC services and offerings.

🤠 Your potential projects

• You will manage the deployment of the mySOC Managed Detection & Response service offering within around ten healthcare facilities.
• You will manage the protection of the information systems of one of our customers in the retail sector, present in various countries.
• You will be responsible for monitoring the industrial information system.
