Responsibilities

• Tailored robust client-focused solutions: Research, assess, and recommend efficient solutions aligned with client needs.
• Requirements definition for RPA project: Continuously enhance Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge
• Daily communication with client business stakeholders to capture the value required and define requirements
• Constant alignment and negotiation with business stakeholders
• Nurture knowledge: Working closely with software engineers, product owners, and providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues to deliver required value for client

Must have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in defining requirements for software development project
• Experience with requirements definition for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – UiPath recommended
• Great attention to details and a solution-oriented perspective
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and model them as software applications
• Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience with M365/ SAP
• Process Mining technologies (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Celonis)
• Knowledge with Excel, including data analysis
