Job Description
Our client is a leading European retailer with a strong digital footprint in the supply chain and logistics sector. Partnering with Accesa, the client focuses on optimizing business-critical applications and ensuring seamless end-to-end processes. Through continuous monitoring, data accuracy, and proactive issue resolution, we help the client maintain operational excellence and reliability across their digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Proactive Monitoring → Ensure via proactive work that the store databases are error-free and the data is correct.
Incident Triage → Apply ITIL Incident & Request Management principles in categorising, prioritising, or escalating issues to the right resolver teams when the situation calls for it.
Daily Operations → Handle business processes independently, including error handling, performance tuning, and Supply Chain services.
Database Management → Perform daily tasks on the databases with the help of SQL statements.
Collaboration Hub → Act as the communication bridge between involved IT departments and business departments within a 2nd & 3rd level support setup.
Documentation Maintenance → Check and update the existing documentation, according to the use cases.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience using ticketing systems and understanding of Application Support and Supply Chain processes
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate within global teams across diverse cultures
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Good to Have:
- German language proficiency (B2/C1)
