Job Description
We are looking for an autonomous coordinator who takes full responsibility for managing the entire life cycle of our projects, working closely with strategic partners from Retail Industry.
Our customers consider us consultants and partners, relying on us to help them innovate their existing processes, tools, and initiatives. While the customer has a clear overview of their project roadmap, we have the opportunity to influence and contribute to it. It is Accesa's responsibility to design the solution, implement it, run it, and ensure it performs as intended.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning -> Define the long-term vision and strategy for one of the Retail Industry tribes, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
- Leadership and Management -> Provide leadership and direction to the tribe, which includes multiple squads or teams. This involves coordinating efforts, managing resources, and ensuring that teams work effectively towards common goals.
- Collaboration and Communication -> Facilitate communication and collaboration within the tribe and with other parts of the organization. This may include liaising with other Tribe Leads, department heads, and senior management.
- Performance and Development -> Monitor the tribe's performance, set goals, and ensure continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for the professional development and mentoring of team leads or managers within the tribe.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making -> Address complex challenges within the tribe, make strategic decisions to navigate obstacles, and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Cultural Leadership -> Cultivate a positive, productive culture within the tribe, focusing on values like collaboration, innovation, and agility.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 3+ years’ of experience in a similar role (i.e.: Delivery Manager)
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of software development and business context
- Critical thinking and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proven client facing and stakeholder management experience
- Proactive focus on customer needs & business value with a fine balance between people over processes
- Ability to manage change and work in a dynamic environment
- Self-organized, detail-oriented and willingness for continuous self-improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
German Language knowledge is a plus
