About the projects
You will be responsible to define and achieve the short- and long-term client strategy, to proactively discover the client’s goals and difficulties and to follow the sale process in order to create opportunities in the pipeline. You will be working with stakeholders across Accesa in order to shape the strategic direction of our projects and ensure we continue to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

You will be joining a team of professionals with focus on Financial Services industry, formed by a Market Development Partner, Direct Sales Responsible and Finacial Services Sector lead. Together with your colleagues you will help Accesa to quickly adapt to market demands, in-line with our global governance model and to create a better match between our solutions and the needs of our clients and partners.

Opportunity summary
We’re looking for a people-oriented, quality-focused Client Partner whose primary responsibility is to create, maintain, and develop a successful client relationship, focusing on providing the 5* customer experience and achieving the revenue targets in the Financial Services market sector.
Daily responsibilities
Client Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive client strategic plans that encompass a thorough understanding of each client's business, challenges, and growth opportunities. Regularly review and update these plans, find expand and extend opportunities to increase the revenue generated with the customer, providing status reports during Account-related meetings.
Revenue Target Achievement: Take ownership of revenue targets for the accounts under your management. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services meets the calculated profitability margin while focusing on client satisfaction.
Client Delivery Status: Coordinate with customer-dedicated delivery tribes to ensure smooth project delivery kick-offs. Offer valuable recommendations, feedback, and initiatives to optimize client project outcomes.
Customer Satisfaction: Collect and prioritize customer satisfaction by managing internal relationships and ensuring the fulfillment of contractual promises. Strive to exceed customer expectations and address any concerns promptly.
Sales Process and Proposal Management: Participate in the sales process and collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Delivery to shape proposals, aligning them with client strategies and requirements.
Short and Long-Term Client Strategy: Define and execute short-term and long-term strategies to identify and proactively address client goals and challenges. Cultivate opportunities within the pipeline to foster future growth.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to influence the strategic direction of projects and align them with client expectations. Collaborate with the Accesa team to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly in the Financial Services domain. Stay up-to-date with market trends and directions to better serve clients.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrate an investigative and analytical approach in discussions and presentations.
Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to both internal teams and clients.
Project Delivery: Familiarity with the project delivery process, enabling you to collaborate with delivery teams effectively.
Strategic Planning: Ability to strategize and implement plans to achieve objectives, demonstrating excellent follow-through and implementation skills.
Client-Oriented: Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth processes, and effectively prioritizing time and tasks.
Language Skills: Proficient in both German and English, both in written and spoken communication.
