Your role

Your daily journey will be focused on automation testing, covering also the fundamentals of manual testing.

• General understanding of testing in a software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail is important
• Must be proficient with computers
• Basic knowledge of testing software is required
• Detect, report, and explain defects effectively
• Ability to test software and question features or behavior is desirable, but not required.
• German & English language, written and spoken

About the project

During our program you will have the chance to develop your Manual Testing skills by applying the theory you will have access to, on real projects, under the close guidance of your assigned mentor.

After the 2-month-long learning program you will have the opportunity to join our projects in the Quality Assurance  area for one of the largest financial services providers in Germany. Applications in our project represent an aggregation of multiple core banking applications and their customization settings.

As a Software Engineer in Test, we are expecting to cover in time many of the exiting roles in SW Development - by reaching first the seniority and later migrate to a developer position, BA, DevOps or management position, all are possible with the right attitude.
