• Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with cooperation partners and sponsors
• Independently negotiate and market ABOUT YOU events
• Plan, execute, and oversee sponsorship activations at events
• Manage post-cooperation processes, including contract creation, data maintenance, analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate and advise internal and external stakeholders
• Create compelling sales materials and presentations
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship
• Basic understanding of online campaigns and strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and derive actionable insights
• Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
