• Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into commercially successful womens- and menswear collections 
• Design and develop seasonal concepts, including silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and color palettes
• Create design briefings, sketches, and style sheets
• Support fittings, prototype development, and technical execution to ensure fit and quality
• Conduct ongoing trend research and market analysis 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, buying, and other teams to ensure brand alignment

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a modern high-street or commercial brand
• Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, fits, and product development processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong trend awareness, creativity, and commercial mindset
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work within seasonal collection timelines
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
